The silicone rubber division was established in 1981 as part of the firm's diversification into a full-fledged industrial rubber company. Silicone Extrusions (Pty) Ltd was formed in 1991 when the silicone rubber section of Phoenix Rubber separated.

All Silicone Extrusions are manufactured at the Stormill factory in Roodepoort, R.S.A. The service is ISO 9001:2015 certified. This registration is constantly monitored and is a testament to the company's dedication to product perfection and quality.
