We are experts in the small- and large-series machining of cast bodies comprised of materials like grey cast iron, cast aluminum, and gunmetal as well as solid materials!
For this, we use lathes for simultaneous multi-side machining or organized complete machining in all planes and angular positions, as well as milling machines with 3 to 5 axes.
We process every material, including:
Aluminum, polymers, steel, tool steel, stainless steel,
different casting materials
Cast iron with graphite that is lamellar or nodular
Malleable
cast iron
Aluminium
as well as other bronze, copper, or nickel alloys.
Our multi-shift operation and design at our CAD/CAM workstations ensure quick throughput times.
