Noel Chase, a creative engineer with a wealth of knowledge in product design and manufacturing, especially in the plastics sector, founded Stare Design in 2010. Noel has designed, developed, and produced a wide range of products, including vacuum cleaners, business equipment, kitchen and bathroom appliances, functional and cosmetic automotive parts, exercise equipment, building supplies, cleaning supplies, patio furniture, plumbing fixtures, and recycled rubber garden planters.  He has assisted clients in obtaining their own inventions and has been granted five utility patents.
