In 1965, Swiss-Tech was established in Delevan, Wisconsin. Dutch Boy, Rockwell Automation, Oldenburg Group, previous company president Ken Bliss, and Cornerstone Industrial Group were a few of the owners of the business between 1968 and 2008.

Swiss-Tech and the BERKS Group joined in December 2018. With two additional precision manufacturing facilities, BERKS is a varied portfolio of businesses. The combined strengths of the three businesses help Swiss-Tech better service its clients. The money to purchase new equipment is provided to Swiss-Tech by BERKS' long-term investment plan. This increases output and enables Swiss-Tech to deliver on its guarantee of exceptionally high quality work.
