When two ordinary individuals with huge ideas got together in November of 1990, The Board Room, Inc. was formally established. Ed Pekol and Dave Rogala were an ideal pair for engineering design. Ed is the person with the technical know-how to turn Dave's ideas into reality, while Dave is the creative kind who is always thinking outside the box.

By 1993, the business that started as a seed in Dave's basement had grown to full bloom in a brand-new, two-story building that was designed to reflect their creativity, with trim and windows arranged to resemble circuits and chips on a printed circuit board. Dave and Ed also brought along a few very committed individuals who helped them along their journey.
