In 1977, A. Puri, K., and A. S. Lamba made the decision to collaborate in the wiring harness industry. Together, the two founders worked incredibly hard in a very short period of time to build this organization from nothing to a multi-crore company.

The group's mother company, Harness India Pvt. Ltd., a corporation with IATF 16949:2016 certification. It manufactures battery cables and wiring harnesses for the electrical and automotive industries. After some time, GOODWELL INDUSTRIES, another ISO 9000 certified business, started operating to expand into sheet metal & stainless steel fabrication. Additionally, UNIQUE FABRICATIONS recently started operating.
