2015: The businesses Ircos SA, which specialises in precision mechanics in medium- and large-series production, and Sojic et Fils SPRL, which has horizontal and vertical lathes and boring machines for larger parts, were acquired.

To best satisfy the needs of machining large parts, TKMI made an investment in a 7-axis Machining Centre (2,000 mm x 1,200 mm x 1,000 mm - max. 5T) in 2016.

As part of its ongoing commitment to excellence, TKMI purchased the TruMatic 7000 laser punch, which became operational at the end of 2017.
