Family-run Track Components is mostly owned and run by Clive Purchase, who was formerly with Purchase Engineering Ltd.

When it was established in 2001, the company's mission was to provide its clients with a very competitive pricing and dependable service by utilizing the most advanced, high-investment machinery while maintaining low overhead.

Plans to increase manufacturing capacities were put in place in 2008, when production was running around-the-clock, seven days a week. Track Components expanded its manufacturing space to 18,000 square feet and purchased five additional CNC machines, including a multi-pallet FMS horizontal milling cell and a twin spindle, twin turret lathe that can handle finished components and raw billet material simultaneously.
