Tony and Rob, two college friends, founded Tri-Power Design, LLC in the early 1990s with the idea that manufacturing and design would be dominated by high technology in the future, and that engineering would be essential to bringing these fields together in the America of the future. Tony and Rob, who have been friends since college, founded Tri-Power Design, LLC with this guiding principle after applying their academic background and priceless talents they picked up in the working world. Tri-Power Design was founded by Tony and Rob in a single room at NJIT's Economic Development Center (EDC) in Newark, NJ. Currently, the company operates out of an 8,700 sq. ft of office space and a technical center for machine automation, custom manufacturing, product design, and prototyping are available in Denville, New Jersey. At the moment, the company employs ten people.
