The Minnesota-based company Turning, Inc. was established in 1980 by Mark and Kristin Kooiker as well as two other machinists. When they combined their talents in engineering and machining, they quickly established a reputation for inventiveness and dependability among their few but content customers. Even though the partners left soon after, Mark and Kris put in a lot of effort to uphold the standard of excellence and client satisfaction that has always been our objective.

As the manager of the milling division, Scott Maurer joined the group in 1984. He continues to be a respected, devoted employee with a ton of milling and prototyping experience. These three have been the engine for our success and expansion in the Minnesota market for the past twenty years.
