As a member of the Morel Foundry family, US Aluminum Castings was established in Seattle, Washington, in 1909. USAC supplied high-quality castings to the expanding commercial, aeronautical, and industrial sectors in the United States throughout the next eight decades. The requirement for more manufacturing space became more and more evident as capabilities and product demand increased. 

Eighty-five years after it first opened, US Aluminum Castings moved to Entiat, Washington, on the Columbia River's banks in 1994. With this new location, USAC is able to provide its clients with a wide range of casting techniques, recognized value-added services, and the utilization of renewable, ecologically friendly hydroelectric power. Additionally, our foundry has been enlarged to 100,000 square feet.
