On March 29, 2018, we were officially established as a private limited company in Malaysia in accordance with the Act under the name UWC Sdn Bhd. We finished the acquisitions on June 4th, 2018, making UWC Holdings and UWC Industrial our wholly-owned subsidiaries. Then, on October 17, 2018, we changed our legal status to public limited company status and adopted our current name.
