Valhalla Circuits will take the name Electropac under the new ownership.
Printed Circuit Design and Fab, 28 October 2014, Mike Buetow (MANCHESTER, NH -- One of the first PCB fabricators in the US, Electropac, has been acquired, and by year's end, the business will have a new identity.
Paul LaLiberte, the operations manager at Electropac, takes over ownership of the 38-year-old company, which was started by Ray Boissoneau and his family as a single shop and eventually expanded to become one of the top circuit board manufacturers in North America, as PCD&F reported in July.
