Small contract machine shop Wauseon Machine and Manufacturing, Inc. (WMM) was founded in 1983. We were incorporated in 1984 and are now in our fourth decade of business. In Plant 1, where we focus on build-to-print tooling, prototypes, and precision machining, we still provide the same services. A focal group for tool development, machine building, and automation has developed at Plant 2 over the past 20 years of steady expansion and ongoing improvement. The third focus group in Plant 3 is our company's most recent area of growth, and it offers contract CNC production machining of precision piece parts and components.
