West Ohio Tool Co. is a family-owned U.S. manufacturer of custom carbide, PCD and PCBN cutting tools, serving demanding machining applications across aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductor, medical and industrial markets. Founded in 1989, the company evolved from a tool-sharpening business into a specialized custom tooling manufacturer with advanced CNC grinding, wire erosion, inspection and engineering capabilities. Its products include custom drills, reamers, milling cutters, end mills, grooving tools and internal forming tools, along with its proprietary EDGEX4® PCD drilling technology. West Ohio Tool also provides engineering, reverse tooling, regrinding, retipping, rebrazing and on-site application support. The company operates a 21,000-square-foot environmentally controlled facility in Russells Point, Ohio.
