WMT Precision LLC was founded in March 2018 and has been owned by Americans since then, however our roots go back to the 1970s. A man by the name of "Bucky" Weaver founded and operated our business in 1972. Bucky was a big proponent of a rigid and strong corporate culture. Even though we are a very different organization, we have taken inspiration from Bucky's idea. Our strategy has always placed a high priority on customer satisfaction. KPIs like 100% OTD, zero defect quality, and competitive pricing are just a few of the ways we think we meet customer satisfaction. We like to think that our communication elevates customer satisfaction to a new level. Our goal is customer intimacy.
