The A3, v.o.s. Company was established in 1993 with the goal of strengthening the H&J Computers, a well-known computer wholesaler,'s local commercial representation. In 1998, the A3 partners took advantage of their business connections and expertise when Actebis Computer Germany, one of the biggest information technology distributors globally, invited them to join a five-person team responsible for establishing the Actebis´ Czech branch office. Their responsibilities included personnel training, division development in sales and logistics, and consulting on information and bookkeeping system setup. The new branch office and A3 v.o.s. signed a contract for business collaboration spanning the Czech Republic and Slovakia within the next year as a result of the success of that activity.
