SMG Global Circuits, Inc established in 1989 with 9000 Sq Ft building with four working partners. Since SMG’s founding, company has experiences outstanding growth that has allowed us to expand our facility to 24,000 Sq Ft debt-free production house in 1996. SMG Global Circuits, Inc has been manufacturing top quality printed circuit boards (PCB) for almost all the markets since 1989.

When businesses came up with a novel electronics concept in the 1980s, they would typically put together prototypes in their own electronics lab to validate the ideas and circuits. The experts were able to assemble the parts using a bread board, a unique kind of phenolic board, despite the parts' substantial physical size. To connect the solder on the back of the board, the technician would insert the component leads through the board. Again, it was simple to assemble samples in this way for testing because the parts were big and the circuit density was not excessive. Hugh Wolfrey, Donald Wright, and Tritus Watson collaborated to create a superior bespoke amplifier, which was the beginning of it all.

They began experimenting in the basement, as many brilliant ideas do, and that's how WWW Electronics was founded. To raise money for the creation of the custom amplifier, they first began offering the fabrication of blank printed circuit boards. Don and his wife Rebecca took over the company after Tritus and Hugh made the decision to separate, and WWW Electronics was established in 1969.

The company stopped producing its own goods after a few years and concentrated on providing custom circuit board designs and fabrication. The addition of assembly and component procurement services was the next step forward.
