Martin Bopp established the Riedstadt-based business in 1980 under the name Bopp Circuit Boards, and it has since grown. In order to satisfy market demands, the sale of printed circuit boards at the time led to the addition of PCB design very quickly. The company that was once known as "Bopp Circuit Boards" is now known as CAE Automation GmbH, and it offers a full range of services, including PCB layout, comprehensive material logistics, and sample/series assemblers.

Even extremely intricate high-speed layouts with impedance-controlled lines and differential pairs can be built to perfection using our layout tools Mentor Xpedition and Altium Designer.

In Riedstadt, close to Darmstadt, SMD and THT assembly for samples and series is also done.
