Gabrielle Serafini established Castle Plastics in 1920. In 1911, he and his wife Emilia moved to Leominster, Massachusetts, from Castello di Alvito, Italy. Gabrielle worked in a nearby shirt factory for a number of years. He then launched the family business in 1920 under the name Castle Button Company, which was a reference to the Italian city where his family was originally from.Throughout the years, the company changed names and locations multiple times, but the same family always owned it. Furthermore, we continue to operate in the plastics industry today. Our family firm has been involved in injection molding, materials, and tools and dies for many years.
