In 1983, Dave and Cindy Rice started manufacturing printed circuit boards in their garage using only a wave solder machine and manual component placement. This is where it all started in Englewood, Ohio.  Like many business owners, they put in a lot of overtime and didn't always guarantee success.   Still, they were committed to creating a remarkable product. They developed their foundation on the fundamental principle of quality, which also served as a driving force behind their expansion.  As more OEMs started turning to Circuit Pak for their experience in printed circuit board design and manufacturing, their clientele grew gradually.
