The goal of ClickFold Plastics' establishment in 2001 was to fill a market gap. Industrial buyers of enclosures have historically had very few options: purchase off-the-shelf, spend money on plastic moulds, or go for sheet metal.

None of these options completely meets the requirements of businesses that produce customised goods in smaller amounts. We solved this issue by developing a special zero-tooling process that enables the production of customised plastic parts without the use of costly moulds or any other type of tooling.

Our method produces a more attractive product than sheet metal forming and offers a more cost-effective alternative for low-volume products than injection moulding.
