With a proven history of delivering to our clients; we have demonstrable experience in supplying complex, highly configurable, low-to-medium volume products across a wide range of high technology sectors. We provide comprehensive electronic manufacturing services (EMS) to our customers throughout the UK and Europe where product quality, on-time delivery and reliability are critical. For some of our customers we are their entire shop floor and as such are expected to respond to their changing requirements in the same way they would.
With the exception of consumer electronics, we do not restrict the services and capabilities we can offer you by focusing only on a particular industry or a narrow product portfolio.

Reviews and Inspections are carried out during the build phase to ensure there is no deviation from previously approved Benchmarks. We develop and issue Quality Alerts to ensure standards and prevent known issues from past process experience. Much of this work is to ensure that the standards agreed are adhered to. We offer a standard warranty model that includes 12 months on workmanship and this can be extended by prior agreement in a Service Level Agreement should this be desired.
We invite regular feedback from customers, seeking out their perceptions of our service, in order to discover what extra services would prolong and make each relationship more fruitful.

The IPC developed standard 610 to ensure that products used in harsh conditions are manufactured to the highest standards. All our production Operators are trained to IPC Standard 610 levels, in addition to this we are also working toward Management, Engineering and Administrative qualifications. IPC-610 is the only way to be confident your product will operate in the field as intended.
