Our current capabilities include passives as small as 0402, BGAs with over 1,000 pin counts, and Mydata surface mount equipment with vision assisted placement down to 12 mil pitch. We continue to perform a great deal of labor-intensive manual work for high power, shock, and vibration-resistant requirements in addition to maintaining an automated carousel for manual drop-in thru-hole components and an active thru-hole automatic insertion department.

We provide full turnkey material procurement, or turnkey with consigned options. We will create test fixtures, test and troubleshoot (including RF), and have extensive experience with mechanical assembly, ball soldering, and conformal coating. We will also assess documentation and designs for manufactureability.
