A division of Fukuvi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is Fukuvi USA. Fukuvi Chemical, established in 1953, is the biggest manufacturer of industrial and construction plastic goods in Japan.

One of Fukuvi Chemical's clients requested support from Fukuvi in the 1990s as they prepared to launch operations in North America. Fukuvi recognised a chance to help its client, but was aware that it would require more clients to support a new business venture in the United States.

Fukuvi created Victory Bear Products, its own brand of accessories for concrete construction, especially for the North American market, drawing on its experience in the construction sector.

Fukuvi USA began operations in Huber Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Dayton, in 1996.
