Guiseppe immigrated to the US in search of a better life. He sent for his wife Silvanna once he had established in Chicago. Guiseppe started the company from scratch, and when his four sons, Franco, John, Rob, and Larry, reached adulthood, they all contributed. Hatcher Associates is still a family-run business today.
