Our company, which was founded in May 1997, offers superior surface mount and through-hole technology to OEMs for complicated printed circuit card assembly, electro-mechanical subassembly, and total system assembly and integration.
We hold certifications for AS9100, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001:2015. Since we successfully completed our first ISO 9001 audit in 1999, AS9100 in 2004, and ISO 13485 in 2010, HiTEM has maintained its ISO certification. Also, HiTEM is fully compliant with ITAR and qualifies as a Small Disadvantaged Company for governmental procurement (Minority Owned).
Our customer base is quite diverse, with our top client accounting for less than 18% of our overall revenue, and our market concentration is split between the aerospace, medical, and commercial business-to-business sectors. This diversification strategy lowers risk and volatility.
