Our quality model consists of three steps: data collection, Pareto analysis, and fish bone analysis. The implementation of corrective and preventive actions comes after each step.

To increase yield and productivity, we use the Small Group Activity Method and Kaizen to start and lead continuous improvement throughout the entire organization. Furthermore, we utilize supplier audits and supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) to propel supplier improvement.
