Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc. was established in 1991 with the goal of offering businesses in Silicon Valley a variety of IC Reliability Testing services. In keeping with this aim, it has developed and broadened its offerings over the years to satisfy client needs.

The company currently offers a variety of services, including IC Qualification, Burn-in, HAST, Temp Cycle, Environmental Testing, and numerous more IC Reliability Tests, to meet the needs of a wide range of clients. It has a PCB Design and Assembly department that is well-established, as well as an ESD/Latch-Up and Failure Analysis Lab that is well-equipped. Its service offerings have recently expanded to include LED Life Testing and Automotive Reliability Testing.
