Takeover of JKS Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH by pcbINmotion GmbH

JKS Vertriebsgesellschaft was acquired by pcbINmotion GmbH on April 1, 2015, and will be incorporated into pcbINmotion GmbH under the direction of Karlo Vuckovic.
