We were founded in 1983 under the name Fa. Trunk, and in 1993 we changed our name to Fa. Klaus Müller, Kabelbäume und Spezialleitungen. Before taking over the company, current director Klaus Müller, a licenced engineer in electronics, spent a number of years working there under outgoing director Eberhard Trunk, expanding his knowledge of historic automobile electrics.

We were able to increase this number from the initial three personnel to more than ten at the present. Due to this consistent growth, we were forced to relocate numerous times until settling in Gottenheim, a village in southwest Germany close to Freiburg im Breisgau (see the Map below), where we have a garage with a vehicle lift right next to our manufacturing area.
