The owner and CEO of Loose Plastics, Inc., Scott C. Loose, founded the company in 1985. Scott wanted to start his own company by leveraging his experience and understanding of the plastic sheet market. His goal was to construct a solid firm that would stimulate the local economy by generating new jobs and bringing vibrancy to the neighborhood.

Scott leased a 3200 Sq. ft. Ft. structure and started operations. Scott was a lone worker who cleaned and ground car dunnage trays.
