The customer provides us with his specifications. It is imperative that each of these concepts and elements be documented.
Terms and price are agreed upon.
The components used in the schematic's design are easily accessible.
Parts are ordered and a Bill of Material (BOM) is produced.
Manual routing is used in the printed circuit board design process. "Gerbers," or PCB plan files, are created and delivered to any bare board shop.
If necessary, FPGA design or embedded code is initiated while the boards are being assembled.
The original designer hand assembles the bare printed circuit boards on location.
After assembly, the boards are tested and debugged in accordance with the specifications.
Every time the prototype circuit board is modified, the design files are updated to reflect those changes.
You will own all design files, schematics, and BOM upon final payment.
