Our primary areas of concentration include prototype, end-of-life, and small batch surface mount technology (SMT) contract assembly builds, where we work hard to process your design as swiftly and effectively as possible, no matter how complicated it may be. After applying MY500 solder paste print, your printed circuit board (PCB) will be manually inserted into our highly adaptable Mydata pick and place machine. The PCB must have fiducials in order to allow for precise machine alignment. Your various components are presented from reels or strips to the various pickup nozzles and placed onto the board using Mydata smart modular magazines and feeders. All solder junctions on components, regardless of size, shape, or complexity, are reflowed concurrently using the vapour phase reflow technique.
