Early in 2000, Darin Dix, Paul Butler, and Jeff Reinhold founded Monsoon Solutions.  After working for organizations that prioritized shareholder profit, the three decided to found their own business where quality work, customers, and workers would all be given top priority.  

With more than thirty workers and a varied business offering a full range of PCB-related services, Monsoon is a diversified company today.
