Thanks to our CEO, Mike Tieu,'s tenacity, NCA was founded. Mike, an immigrant, had the dream of founding a business providing manufacturing services for electronics. To do this, Mike gained skills in soldering, working every position on an SMT line, and operating a product assembly line while working as a temp for a staffing firm. The NCA was then created in 2006, and the rest is history.

You may be familiar with the proverb "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." That's not how we operate at NCA. Our business culture places a strong emphasis on flexibility, and everything we do starts with a flexible way of thinking and solving problems. It can still be improved if it isn't broken.
