A customer purchased a coastal off-road DIY weld-together kit with two swing arms for his 2005 Xterra. First, we took off the old bumper. We then constructed the mounting points from which the previous bumper was fastened. Piece by piece, we proceeded, paying particular attention to the body lines. We put the swing arms together and adjusted the sag angles. At last, we dispatched it to be powder coated in extremely durable, semi-gloss Cardinal powder.
