Pentas Moulding B.V. uses cutting-edge milling technology from Fooke to produce aluminium moulds while cutting machining time in half.

Since the beginning of 2023, Pentas Moulding B.V. has been manufacturing high-precision casting moulds in its own mould shop using the first compact gantry milling machine of the new ENDURA® 400LINEAR series from Fooke. This machine's recent acquisition marks a first for both businesses. The Pentas team is producing aluminium moulds for rotational moulding using its new 5-axis gantry milling equipment to achieve the necessary surface quality. This gives Pentas, a seasoned expert in rotational moulds, a competitive advantage. From the planning stage to design and milling tool fabrication, complex aluminium moulds are produced at Pentas.
