The PHYTEC group, which was established in 1986 by Karl Neubecker in Germany, is still primarily a family-owned business. The managers of our branches in Germany, North America, France, India, and China each own a small portion of the company. PHYTEC has completely funded its continued growth and growing global presence through operations, with no debt or outside funding. This also applies to the brand-new PHYTEC Technologie Center that we'll open in Mainz, Germany, at the beginning of 2022.
