Prime was acquired by a private investment group that focuses on mid-sized manufacturers in 2007, and the group then started making investments in more recent technology to support the growth strategy. Since then, in order to solidify our position as a leader in high-mix, high-complexity, and quick-turn precision manufacturing, Prime has invested its own financial resources in even more cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, critical employees, lean manufacturing procedures, and quality systems. Prime is currently positioned for even more expansion and achievement in the EMS sector.
