At Profile Extrusions, we provide on-site CAD design and a full tool room facility with EDM wire cutting, enabling us to support you in every stage of production from concept to final product that is market-ready.

We use five extrusion lines, including one with co-extrusion capacity, to process the majority of flexible and hard plastic grades. Materials like uPVC, fPVC, ABS, AES, HIPS, TPR, TPE, TPU, PP, and all polythene grades are frequently treated.

We provide a full range of manufacturing services, including bulk supply and completed goods that are cut to the desired length. Additionally, we can help with labeling and packaging for direct supply to the point of sale.

Online printing for product identification is also an option.

We incorporate recycled materials into our own recycling activities and provide our clients with the chance to recycle things that we have processed.
