In 1997, Kees and his son Paul Weel spotted a chance to make a purchase in a fresh area of the automobile cooling business. Paul Weel Radiators, now more often known as PWR Advanced Cooling Technology, was founded to meet the expanding demand for high-quality, lightweight, performance aluminium cooling systems. The market was ready for a product that was judged on its performance and supported by an adaptable manufacturing plant that could create and modify cooler designs to meet unique needs.

The world is supplied via PWR's new headquarters in South East Queensland, Australia. The multimillion-dollar, cutting-edge manufacturing facility has a CNC machine shop, design department, big fabrication capabilities, and development. It also contains a controlled environment brazing furnace.
