The Nediyara Group's first business, Nediyara Chemicals, brought SHAKTHIMAN SUPER uPVC Pipes to the market in 1974. This was a pioneering endeavor in Southern India in the fabrication of uPVC pipes as a durable and cost effective replacement to the standard Galvanized Iron pipes for water transmission. Due to the growing market acceptance of SHAKTHIMAN SUPER as a high-quality product, Chloroplast was brought on board in 1986 to increase production capacity. The unique selling point of the SHAKTHIMAN SUPER brand is that it can only be purchased with the ISI marking, which is the Bureau of Indian Standards' intended seal of quality guarantee.
