We are completely aware of how the RoHS and REACH regulations would affect our company. We regularly communicate with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to monitor our products, exposure, and compliance levels, and when necessary, we report to customers and suppliers on SVHC levels and usage scenarios. We have not been required to register drugs because we are considered "downstream users." For the safety of the supply chain and complete adherence to RoHS and REACH laws, it is our objective to have an ongoing communication with both suppliers and customers. No products offered contain more than 0.1% weight of any of the 205 compounds classified as SVHC under REACH regulation.
