Our 1959 Dorsett El Dorado (shown on the left), which had seen better days, needed a vintage boat windscreen, so Brett created The Plastics Guy as a project in his workshop. He was surprised that Northern California boat owners had no nearby options to replace cracked windscreens and believed he could change that as a seasoned plastics expert. After months of trial and error, he mastered the craft and started fabricating windscreens in his garage for pals. In addition to producing thousands of windscreens annually, our 6,000 SF facility in North Natomas, Sacramento, also produces acrylic domes, CNC plastic parts, retail displays, and replacement parts for agricultural equipment.
