Trailside Creative's creator and principal designer is Kyle Ellison. His love of the outdoors began in his early years when trekking in California's coastal mountains, such as Santa Cruz, and up above the tree line in the Sierra Nevadas. This is where his passion for design began. 

With the specific intention of using sustainable product design to spread his passion for the outdoors, Kyle founded Trailside Creative in 2012. He and his team continue to believe that spending time outside produces the most creative, inventive, and captivating designs, and that increasing accessibility to the outdoors is the greatest way to improve the world.
