Before buying WORLD electronics in 1986, Joe Rado held positions in the insurance and education industries. He grew a tiny firm of 8 to a company of over 100 with two locations: Reading and Indiana, PA. After two years, he moved our plant from West Chester to Morgantown, and in 1999, he developed and opened our current building in Reading, Pennsylvania.
