Our substantial manufacturing and storage are made possible by our about 3,000 square meters of heated halls, nearly twice as much outside area, and numerous forwarding warehouses.

Norvill Tooling has produced premium plastic injection dies, press tools, and pressure die-cast dies since its founding in 1992 for a variety of customers. In addition, we can process milled parts across 3 and 5 axes up to 1050mm length, 630mm width, and 350mm height. We process turned parts up to a diameter of 8 to 400mm and up to a length of 1500mm. On CNC lathes, milling, and grinding machines, we produce in two shifts.

In a modest basement room of a residential building in Langenbach, close to Kirburg in the Westerwald, Maschinenbau Strunk GmbH's (success) history began in 1972. Manfred Strunk, the senior partner and founder of the company, made his own machine components and tools there. Strunk quickly dared to venture into self-employment thanks to many pleased clients, and he established the basis for the quality idea that still holds true today.

Our first 300 m2 manufacturing hall was constructed in the Langenbach industrial district in 1985, and employment steadily increased after that. The first CNC machines were produced starting in 1988. Our medium-sized company's quick expansion prompted the construction of a second hall, measuring 1995 square meters.

Our company has been operating in the field of contract manufacturing in mechanical engineering for approximately 20 years under the direction of the managing directors Wolfgang Klossok (Diplom Betriebswirt) and Siegfried Eulenbach (Technical Business Economist).

We currently employ 35 competent personnel on a 1,700 m2 factory floor who run 12 CNC lathes and 9 CNC machining machines in single and multiple shifts. Moreover, internal welding and grinding operations are possible. Both serial production and the creation of complex, precise individual parts are our areas of expertise.
