Over 35 years ago, Jon Leat started his career as an apprentice for the English business Erickson. He produced machined components for the industrial sector during his apprenticeship. He moved to Long Beach, California, after being hired by the Duetsch Company in 1985 as a CNC operator. Jon gained a lot of expertise in the aerospace industry during this time. As a CNC programmer, Jon relocated to the DFW Metroplex in 1989 and assisted the communications, oil and gas, and industrial sectors.
