Cellular Mouldings Ltd is a family-run company with strong familial ties.

In 1972, we started a business making foam materials that were moulded for the shoe and automotive sectors.

With three different plastic technologies and production for more than 400 clients, our profile now is considerably different.

We have grown steadily thanks to polyurethane foam mouldings and, in particular, our knowledge of integral skin foams.  Today, however, most of our work is done in the healthcare, transportation, and leisure sectors.

In 2003, RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding) became a process. When small to medium numbers, ranging from singles to multiples, are needed, this procedure provides a low-cost alternative to injection moulding.

Since 2004, our extrusions procedure has been operational.
